Sender: Middle America Homes. This recurring automated marketing SMS program is separate from messages about a specific seller, buyer, property, appointment, offer, document, or customer-service inquiry.
2. What we may send
If you affirmatively enroll, messages may include:
- property-owner education and plain-English selling information;
- seller-market updates;
- practical home-selling tips; and
- occasional check-ins about Middle America Homes services.
This program is for marketing SMS only. It does not include emergency alerts and does not authorize unrelated third-party marketing.
3. Eligibility and enrollment
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the U.S. mobile number you enroll. You enroll only by entering the number at middleamericahomes.com/sms-nurture/, checking the separate unchecked consent box, and submitting the form.
Enrollment is optional. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing or receiving property, goods, or services from Middle America Homes. A public record, skip-traced number, purchased or shared list, Smarter Contact record, prior cold outreach, or consent to a different inquiry program does not enroll you.
4. Frequency and charges
You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Middle America Homes does not charge a separate fee to participate.
5. Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We also treat other reasonable revocation requests—including QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE—as a request to stop this program. You may also revoke consent by calling (260) 908-9906 or emailing seth@middleamericahomes.com. We apply suppression as soon as practicable and no later than applicable law allows. A single non-marketing confirmation may be sent after an opt-out.

6. Delivery and mobile-number responsibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed. If your mobile number is reassigned, disconnected, or no longer controlled by you, please unsubscribe or contact us promptly so we can suppress it.

8. Program changes or termination
Middle America Homes may change or end this program. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective/version date. A material expansion of the marketing subject or sender requires new consent when required; we do not silently broaden the consent you gave.
