What qualifies an office

An office must have a current official firm page that expressly describes probate, estate administration, trust administration, probate litigation, or closely related work after a death. Estate planning alone is not enough.

What qualifies an individual attorney

An individual profile requires an official attorney or firm page connecting that person to qualifying after-death work. We do not infer a practice area from firm membership, a job title, or an old third-party directory.

What we verify

Indiana's official Roll of Attorneys restricts automated collection. The Indiana profiles therefore link to the official search and do not claim a status we could not independently confirm.

How we write the profiles

We paraphrase the source material. We do not copy biographies, republish attorney photos, import ratings, calculate years of experience, or use words such as best, top, expert, or specialist unless an authorized source supports the exact credential.

Relationships and payment

Attorneys do not pay for inclusion or ranking, and Middle America Homes does not pay them to appear. Middle America Homes may work with independent attorneys or make introductions during a property transaction, but directory inclusion is based on the public-source rules above. A listing does not show whether any prior working relationship exists and is not an endorsement of legal ability.

Updates and removals

We aim to review every office and attorney profile at least every 90 days. If a profile has not been checked within 120 days, it is automatically kept out of search results until the sources and license treatment are reviewed again. When a source no longer supports a material claim, we correct the listing, remove it, or keep it out of search until we can verify it again.

A separate note about the house

Middle America Homes buys inherited houses as-is. The property form and phone number below go only to Middle America Homes, not to this attorney or firm.

Even if the estate is not ready to sell, you can ask questions early with no obligation. Depending on the property and the transaction, we may be able to help research and identify unknown heirs, cover certain property expenses, or pay attorney fees the estate has agreed to with its own lawyer, as part of the purchase terms. This directory page does not mean the named attorney has agreed to any payment arrangement. Every arrangement requires separate case-by-case approval and does not affect the attorney's independent judgment or give us access to confidential legal information.
